Bluestem Dijon Vinaigrette

Bluestem Dijon Vinaigrette
Servings: 1 1/2 c. of dressing

1/2 c. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. truffle oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. This will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for about a month.
