Sauteed Apples with Pecans

Sauteed Apples with Pecans
Servings: 2

2 apples
2 Tbsp. ghee
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Melt the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the apples and pecans, and cook until the apples are tender. Add the cinnamon and nutmeg, and season with salt to taste.

Notes: We haven't tried this yet.
